In 2020, several properties in attractive residential areas in Berlin – Schöneberg and Tempelhof were comprehensively renovated and then re-let for long-term inventory.
Harz Living GmbH is responsible for the retail sale of residential properties. Private buyers receive comprehensive advice and support on the platform. The company was founded to sell own projects and to place projects from our partners.
Harz Media GmbH was most recently a digital service provider and advised companies in the field of marketing and digitization. The company is also active in e-commerce and operates a web shop. The media company was successfully sold at the beginning of the year.
The plan is to develop the corner lot and build an apartment building with 17 residential units. The project is currently in the process of obtaining building permits, and construction will start this year. More information will follow soon.
